Copper Fishing Line termination kit from Blood Run Fishing. Kit includes Blood Run size 8 micro swivels and heat shrink tubing to terminate (10) copper fishing line reels.
Termination is done by sliding a section of heat shrink up the copper fishing line prior to connecting the copper line to the swivel. After the copper has been connected to the swivel, the heat shrink can be slid down over the knot and secured using a lighter.
The same process would take place on the leader end of the copper fishing line.
Caution, do not place heat shrink or heat of any kind near your backer or leader material.
Check out this blog post on "how to" do your copper connections with the kit.
Warranty
When purchasing the fishing rod there is no implied warranty coverage. A replacement section can be purchased at any time. For more information click here.
Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted for unused products only. Products, including fishing line, hooks, swivels, or rods may not be "hand-tested" for breaking strength, or used and then returned.

what they say about our leadcore line
Frequently Asked Questions
What does "Repairable" mean in the wire comparison chart?
Tangles can and will happen when running large spreads in traffic or heavy current. When lines get tangled together, you can untangle them, but sometimes the wire is damaged. Repairable lines (copper) damaged areas can be cut out and spliced easily back together by haywire twisting the tag ends together. Unrepairable lines (leadcore and weighted steel) cannot, and you must re-spool if the line is damaged.
What's the advantage of running leadcore while trolling?
Whether its Copper, Leadcore or Weighted Steel...these are stealthy long lines that enhance your trolling spread allowing you to run more rods and any depth.
Can your leadcore line be used in Saltwater?
Yes they all can. Our copper wire is electro-plated for corrosion resistance, Leadcore is a non corrosive trolling line, and Weighted Steel is marine grade stainless.
What depth do all of these different trolling wires run at different speeds and length segments?
