Want a one on one 15 minute call with the owner of Blood Run? Here is your chance to book a 15 minute session. This is an opportunity for EXISTING CUSTOMERS to speak directly with the owner to provide product feedback about our brand and it's products. This is not for asking for sponsorships, donations, or trying to sell us something. If you book a call and start asking for a sponsorship or try to start selling us something, the call will end.
This is also NOT an opportunity to discuss product exchanges, or returns, or shipment delays, or any other issue that can be resolved by interacting with our AI agent on our website. Our AI Agent icon located on the lower right hand corner of your screen can literally answer EVERY question you may have about our products, your order, your shipment, your delay, your product exchange, your product return, your absolutely everything.
In fact, in order to book your appointment with our owner, you must first use the AI agent to do so. We would highly recommend interacting with our AI Agent first and trying to resolve your issue. If the issue is unresolved (not just to your disliking, but truly unresolved) you can ask the AI agent to open a support ticket to schedule a call with our owner. In order to do so, you must provide a phone number, and a time that you are typically available each day, and our owner will give you a call on that number you provide in order to help resolve your issue.
Again, if your issue is resolvable through using our AI agent, and you chose not to use the agent to resolve your issue, you will not receive a call. But if we review your support ticket and chat history and see that your issue truly has not been resolved by the agent, our owner will do his best to get in contact with you to make sure you get taken care of.
When you book your appointment, use the email address and phone number that you have used to place orders in the past. We will cross reference your information to see that you are in fact an existing customer, and we will check out your order history so we have an idea about what style of fishing you do and the products you use. You can even ask fishing/rigging questions on your call.
