As an online marketing specialist at Blood Run Fishing, you’ll get to do more than drive traffic to our website. You’ll showcase your ability to work closely with other talented and dedicated digital marketing professionals who are among the most talented in the industry. More specifically, you’ll get to work closely with website managers and editors, content marketers, email marketing specialists, mobile marketing developers, social media teams, and more, while also:
- Developing/managing all aspects of the company’s digital marketing campaigns.
- Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/social media platforms
- Implementation and Management of Email marketing campaigns
- Tracking conversion rates – what worked, what didn’t, and why?
- Implementing paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns.
- Raising brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns
- Planning and executing digital marketing budgets
- Staying on top and review new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader within the industry, and in digital marketing space
Requirements and Qualifications
- Email marketing/campaign/CRM management skills
- SEO/PPC campaign management Google, Bing, retargeting
- Amazon advertising campaign management and analysis
- Social media advertising campaign management
- Bachelor's degree BA of Advertising or Marketing

Order Fulfilment/Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. As part of our fulfillment team, you manage inventory, receive and fulfill orders in an efficient manner, and process returns. This is a fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with order fulfillment software and strong data entry and customer service skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
- Track all orders via delivery software
- Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues
- Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide online customer service
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED certificate
- Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred
- The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
This is a full-time, in-house position based in Hamilton, Michigan.
